This beautiful 1918 Victorian located on the valley floor in Oakville was renovated in 2017 by famed interior designer Ken Fulk to create a fairy-tale-like setting and recall a time of the early founding of Napa Valley. In 2018 Vogue featured the home and said that the design "maintains much of its original nostalgic family idyll in Napa". The grounds welcome you with mature and maintained gardens, an inviting covered porch, and majestic oak trees. Character and finishes are accentuated by custom wall coverings, wainscoting, and built-ins. The whimsical artistry of the interiors will immediately impress with a design that reveals its nostalgic story and a quieter time.
On the first floor of the main house, you'll find two living spaces, a spectacular dining room, a charming updated kitchen with a breakfast bar, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, built-in appliances, and a powder room. The main level also includes the primary suite, painted to feel like the warm sunshine, with a lavender-hued en suite bath. The second floor has two bedrooms, and a shared full bathroom.
The recently added two-bedroom pool house has a large living area, kitchenette, and full bath. Additional guests may enjoy the unique vibe of the converted Water Tower that will sleep up to three and includes a deck off the top sleeping area. There is a charming tent cabin with a queen bed for your most adventurist guest. In total, the property will sleep 15 people.
Outdoors, the updated private yard includes an in-ground pool, gardens, and lovely grass areas. There is also a firepit, dining area, lounge area, and porches where a cup of coffee or wine is just asking to be enjoyed.
